Recently, I’ve been lucky enough to help a bunch of babies buy new homes. Well, I helped moms and dads buy new homes and the babes are now getting a ton of sleep in their new home. Hopefully.
But it made me remember when my kids were little. Trying to juggle kids while you are trying to make major life decisions is hard. So, I decided to do something about it for my clients. I now offer free babysitting while you are shopping for a new home. Okay, I’m not doing the baby sitting. That would be counterproductive, but I will give my clients $200 towards their own babysitter, dog sitter, or respite care provider.

Sign a buyer’s agency agreement for 6 months. Get pre-approved by one of my favorite lenders.
Then, just let me know how much you spend on babysitting or other family care and I’ll reimburse you for the whole amount up to $200.
