I walked this path myself. And I wrote this book with a heart for your journey.

My mom was gone. And it was time to get my life back.

You see, I’ve been where you are. After my mom passed from her long battle with cancer, the estate fell in my lap.

I knew that the sooner I could get mom’s house sold, the sooner I could get my life back.

But the mountains of stuff. And the paperwork. And the emotions.

They all piled on top of my already exhausted soul.

It was time to sell my mom’s house, but I was just so overwhelmed.

And even though, it was past time to sell my mom’s house, I was just so overwhelmed.

It took every bit of my depleted strength, but I knew that finally selling my mom’s house would feel like FREEDOM!

Sometimes the complications of inherited properties demand a little extra help.

Many years (and much life) later, I specialize in helping families move on from that inherited property.

Whether it’s a simple liquidation or a heartbroken goodbye to a beautiful legacy, the complications of inherited properties demand a little extra help. If you’re dealing with an inherited property, you need a little extra support.

I’ve walked this journey. I have the resources. And I feel privileged to be a soft place to land.

I’m ready when you are.

And everything gets easier as soon as we talk.

A bit more about me and my journey.

Over fifteen years ago, my parents were both diagnosed with cancer within a month of each other. I had a curious two-year-old daughter and a broken heart.

I spent much of my daughter’s early years caring for my terminally ill parents and eventually, dealing with their estate. Those days were intense and all-encompassing.  They changed me permanently.

I’m stronger.

Calmer.

And while sadness is always present after such a loss, I’ve also learned how to claim joy.

Quickly. Often. Greedily.

Several years ago, I thought about getting a Master’s Degree in counseling. I knew that the lessons I had learned during those challenging days shouldn’t be wasted.

But then, I realized that I could use those lessons along with my real estate background to serve others who are carrying the burden of their family’s estate.

I sought out additional education around probate and trust and their role in the real estate transaction as well as information about grief, healing, and, reclaiming life.

And now I specialize in helping the families left behind. Those who must grieve while also taking care of business.

It’s a challenging path and one that I hope is gentle on your heart.

I’m here to help if you have any questions.

With a heart for your journey,

I am at your service,

Ann
