They definitely make my job fun. I get to help properties grow from ugly ducklings into graceful swans. It makes for great Before and After pics.
But the Before and After images that really mean the most to me are the before and after memories that I have of my clients.
Before we list, they are frazzled and worried. They’ve got too many things to do. Too many concerns. Too many frown lines.
After they list with me, worry lines fade into laughter. Their “to do list” disappears. Everything changes.
I’ve got an amazing system in place. My team and I plow through to-do lists quickly and easily.
Clean the clutter. Shine the gem. Sell the house for top dollar. That’s my forte.
We’ll manage the contractors, the staging, the updating, the prepping.
You grab lunch.
Or, maybe just do what one of my team’s clients did. Hand me the keys and then get out of town for the weekend.
