Open Houses are so much fun when you know how to run them. I believe that everyone deserves a Grand Opening Open House. Bells and whistles and star treatment. That delicious taco bar was from my last Long Beach open house. Loads of people and an amazing home just steps from the Pacific waters.
Let me tell you, there is nothing like the look on a buyer’s face when they arrive at one of these extravaganza events. They already love the house before they’ve even seen it. Whoo hoot!
Check out this video of me at that open house saying goodbye to Long Beach and hello to Fort Collins, CO. I love the few years that I spent in California. It was an amazing learning experience. Tough and intense, just like you imagine LA would be. But, with the best mentor in the world and wonderful teammates, I was able to become an entirely different type of Realtor. All my Colorado heart plus, all my LA county hustle, plus all the team magic makes me feel like I can take on the world!
Who needs a house sold? I’m definitely a the Realtor for you! Heck, I’m ready to spit nails…and build a house while I do it. Pumped up!
